This year I made my own 24th birthday challenge. The challenge was to complete a list of 24 things in 24 hours on my 24th birthday.
My goal is to share how to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle using fun and simple strategies. This includes the topics of celebrations, favorites, reflections, and travel. I focus on using available resources to make the most of my time and appreciate what is valuable to me.
The air turned crisp, the leaves changed colors, and the various smells of autumn arrived ceremoniously. There was one scent stronger than the rest: pumpkin.
