As the semester ended, I made a list of things I wanted to do when classes were over. I was craving sleeping in my hammock, looking at the stars, and sitting by a crackling bonfire. So in the spirit of taking advantage of opportunities, having a weekday campout was the perfect way to kick-off summer!
A few weeks ago I got to sit down and interview Peyton from Choosing Balance. Pey is a foodie, runner, student, and fiancé striving to balance, faith, health, fitness, and school. We got together and chatted about how to eat healthy on a budget, our love of running, and favorite foods.
