Ingredients: – turkey sausage – Cannellini white beans – yellow onion  – garlic  – broth  – kale  – petite yellow potatoes  – paprika – thyme – salt – pepper – cayenne

– Mince the garlic, dice the onions, and chop the potatoes.  – Heat a large dutch oven over medium heat. Spray with cooking grease. – Add the turkey sausage to the dutch oven. Cook for about 5 minutes , until brown. Remove from dutch oven.  – Add the garlic & onion to the dutch oven. Add seasonings and stir.

– Cook for about 5 minutes, until the vegetables start to get soft. – Add the broth and chopped potatoes to the dutch oven. Cook 10-15 minutes. – While potatoes cook, prepare the kale.  – Add the kale, white beans (drained & rinsed) and meat into the dutch oven. Cook for about 10 mins. – Scoop the soup into bowls and serve with bread. Enjoy!

Instructions

I made this tonight for dinner for my husband and I and OMG….so good! Perfect to warm you up on a winter night. My husband kept going on and on about how delicious it was. This will definitely be a repeat recipe in our household!
