- 2 cups kodiak cakes power cakes mix
- 2 ripe bananas
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Use a fork to mash bananas in a large mixing bowl.
Add the wet ingredients to the bowl with the bananas. Mix well.
Add the dry ingredients to the bowl. Mix well.
Stir in half of the chocolate chips.
Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
Scoop the batter into the muffin tin.
Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top of the muffins.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Let cool and enjoy!
