Green Chili Chicken
This green chili chicken recipe is the ultimate easy, slow cooker meal! It’s packed with nutritious and delicious ingredients, and it’s even got a little kick.
- 2 lbs chicken
- 6 oz salsa verde
- 4 oz hot green chiles
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
Place chicken breast in the slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients together to make the sauce.
Pour the sauce over the chicken.
Cook on high for 2 hours, low for 4 hours, or until the internal temp of the chicken is 165 degrees.
Take out the chicken and shred.
Add the chicken back to the sauce mixture.
