Slow Cooker Turkey Meatballs
These slow cooker turkey meatballs are the ultimate easy, slow cooker meal! This recipe is delicious, packed with nutrients, and is perfect for meal prep.
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅛ cup basil chopped
- 1-2 cups pasta sauce
Mix all ingredients (except pasta sauce) in a large mixing bowl.
Roll mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet.
Place the meatballs in the bottom of a slow cooker.
Cover the meatballs in pasta sauce (at least 1 cup).
Cook on high for 2 hours or until the internal temperature of the meatballs is 165 degrees.
Take out the meatballs and top with more mozzarella cheese, if desired.
Serve with pasta, salad, or whatever you wish!
