Ingredients

  • cup quick oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup lime greek yogurt
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp lime juice juice from ½ lime
  • ¼ cup bear bites crumbled

Optional ingredients

  • protein powder
  • nut butter
  • honey
  • liquid stevia
  • maple syrup

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients.
  • Combine all ingredients into one jar.
  • Shake well until all ingredients are mixed together.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Enjoy straight from the jar or pour into a bowl and add additional toppings.

Notes

  • Add more milk if you don't want the oatmeal as thick.
