  • 24 hawaiian rolls sliced in half
  • 6 slices havarti cheese cut in quarters

Buffalo Chicken

  • 2 lbs chicken breast
  • 3 tbsp ranch seasoning or half ranch seasoning packet
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce


  • To make buffalo chicken, combine chicken breast, ranch seasoning, and buffalo sauce in a crockpot and cook on low for 4 hours. When the chicken is cooked, use two forks to shred it.
  • Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half and place on a greased sheet pan.
  • Place the shredded chicken on half a roll. Top with ¼ slice of cheese. Leave sandwich open.
  • Broil in the oven for 5 minutes.
  • Take out of the oven and place the top of the sandwich on.
  • Let cool and enjoy!
