Pumpkin Mug Cake
This healthy mug cake recipe is quick, easy, and delicious! Every spoonful is packed with warm, fluffy, perfect bites of warm pumpkin cake.
For the mug cake:
- 1/4 cup kodiak cakes pancakes & waffle mix
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp water
Gather all ingredients.
Mix all the dry ingredients together (Kodiak Cakes mix, baking powder, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice).
Add the wet ingredients (pumpkin, syrup, vanilla, and water) and combine.
Place the mug into the microwave.
Microwave on high for 1 minute.
Add 2 tbsp of cool whip for the topping.
Let the mug cake cool and enjoy!
