Place the pint of ice cream on the counter for about 15 minutes so it slightly melts. (Or scoop the ice cream in a bowl and place in the microwave for about 45 seconds.)
Use a blender or food processor to crush Oreo cookies.
Place 10 Oreo cookies in a bowl with hot fudge and mix well to make a batter.
Press the batter into the bottom of 6 muffin cups.
Scoop slightly melted ice cream on the top of the batter in each muffin cup.
Crush the remaining 2 Oreo cookies and sprinkle on top of the ice cream cups.
Place in the freezer for about 30 minutes or until frozen.
