Ice Cream Cups

These ice cream cups are the BEST treat. Made with only 3 ingredients, this easy dessert recipe is ready in 30 minutes!

Equipment

  • muffin tin
  • food processor or blender

Ingredients

  • 12 oreo cookies
  • 2 cups Vanilla Light Ice Cream 1 pint
  • 3 tbsp hot fudge

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients & materials.
  • Place the pint of ice cream on the counter for about 15 minutes so it slightly melts. (Or scoop the ice cream in a bowl and place in the microwave for about 45 seconds.)
  • Use a blender or food processor to crush Oreo cookies.
  • Place 10 Oreo cookies in a bowl with hot fudge and mix well to make a batter.
  • Press the batter into the bottom of 6 muffin cups.
  • Scoop slightly melted ice cream on the top of the batter in each muffin cup.
  • Crush the remaining 2 Oreo cookies and sprinkle on top of the ice cream cups.
  • Place in the freezer for about 30 minutes or until frozen.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Store in a reusable container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
