S'mores Protein Bars

S'mores protein bars are delicious bars packed with chocolate chips, graham crackers, and marshmallows. These healthy protein bars are chewy, thick, and taste like a s'mores!

  • Small blender or food processor
  • large bowl
  • spoon
  • baking sheet


  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ cup mini marshmallows
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup bear bites, crushed or graham crackers


  • Gather all ingredients.
  • Place the oats into a blender or food processor and process until finely ground.
  • Place peanut butter and honey in a large bowl and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir together.
  • Add oats, vanilla, and protein powder to the bowl and mix well. (If the dough looks/feels dry, add more honey or peanut butter!)
  • Mix in the chocolate chips, graham crackers, and marshmallows.
  • Place a piece of parchment paper onto a baking sheet.
  • Firmly press the batter onto the baking sheet and spread so that it is all one layer and covers the baking sheet.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least one hour.
  • Cut into bars and enjoy!


  • Store the bars in a sealed container in the freezer.
