  • 6 English muffins
  • 6 sliced cheese
  • 6 chicken breast thin boneless skinless
  • 1 ½ cup egg whites


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add cooking spray to grease a muffin tin.
  • Pour ¼ cup of egg whites into 6 of the muffin tins.
  • Add the chicken breast on a greased baking sheet.
  • Place the pans of egg whites and chicken into the oven. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  • While the egg whites and chicken are baking, prepare the rest of the sandwiches.
  • Cut the English muffins in half. Add a slice of cheese on ½ of the English muffin.
  • When the chicken and egg whites are finished cooking, add one of each onto a sandwich.
  • Wrap the finished sandwiches in aluminum foil until ready to eat.
  • When ready to eat: heat up the sandwich by broiling in the oven until warm.
