These are buffalo chicken rolls. There are crescent rolls wrapped up with buffalo chicken on the side. The crescent rolls are formed in a star shape on a plate with a bowl of ranch dipping sauce in the middle.

Buffalo Chicken Rolls

These buffalo chicken rolls are the BEST party appetizer. They are warm, crispy, and absolutely delicious. Plus, they're quick and easy to make! LET'S ROLL.

Ingredients

  • 12.5 oz shredded chicken 1 can, drained
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • cup Frank's hot sauce
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tubes crescent rolls
  • 1 egg beaten

Instructions

  • Add chicken, greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, frank’s hot sauce, and cheese into a small pot on the stove.
  • Stir occasionally until warm all the way through, about 10 minutes.
  • On a greased baking sheet, open and separate crescent rolls.
  • Scoop about 2 tbsp of the buffalo chicken mixture into the middle of the crescent roll. Coil. Repeat until all crescent rolls are filled.
  • Beat egg. Brush each roll with egg wash.
  • Bake at 375 for about 15 minutes.
  • Serve with ranch, blue cheese, or favorite dipping sauce.
