This is a muffin tin filled with bacon cheddar muffins. There are fluffy muffins topped with pieces of crispy bacon and melted cheddar cheese.

Bacon Cheddar Muffins

Name a better duo than bacon and cheese... I'll wait. These bacon cheddar muffins are a quick and easy 3-ingredient recipe perfect for a busy morning!

  • 2 cups pancake mix I use Kodiak Cakes Mix
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 4 pieces bacon chopped
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese shredded

For Dipping

  • syrup


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray muffin tin with cooking spray and set aside.
  • Combine pancake mix and water. Mix to combine. (Don’t over-mix or the batter won’t rise well!)
  • Chop bacon into small pieces.
  • Mix ½ of the bacon pieces and cheese into the batter and stir.
  • Pour batter evenly across the 12 spaces of the muffin tin.
  • Sprinkle the remaining ½ of the bacon and cheese on top of the muffins.
  • (Note: If you want more bacon or cheese, ADD IT.)
  • Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes, or until middle is cooked through.
  • Enjoy with a side of syrup!
