Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes Mix or any pancake mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp baking powder optional

Optional Toppings:

  • chocolate chips, peanut butter, fruit, butter, syrup, whatever you like!

Instructions

  • Add pancake mix, water, and baking powder to a microwave-safe bowl. Mix well.
  • (Add mix-ins like chocolate chips or fruit if you want!)
  • Heat in the microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  • Top with toppings of choice and enjoy!
