Breakfast Club Sandwich
Drop the carbs, pick up the protein, and get your day started off RIGHT with this low-carb breakfast club sandwich!
- 1 english muffin
- 3 oz turkey
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1 light cheese wedge or cheese slice
- 1 piece bacon
- 3 slices tomato
- 25 g avocado, mashed
Gather all ingredients.
Slice english muffin in half.
Layer on all of the toppings (except avocado and tomato).
Add extra of any topping you want!
Heat the sandwich in the oven at 350 for about 5 minutes OR place in the oven on broil.
Add avocado and tomato. Enjoy!
If making the sandwich for meal prep, wrap in tin foil and store in he fridge for up to 5 days. To heat: unwrap the tin foil and heat in the oven using the same heating instructions above. Add tomato and avocado after warming!
