Ingredients

  • 1 english muffin
  • 3 oz turkey
  • 1/4 cup egg whites
  • 1 light cheese wedge or cheese slice
  • 1 piece bacon
  • 3 slices tomato
  • 25 g avocado, mashed

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients.
  • Slice english muffin in half.
  • Layer on all of the toppings (except avocado and tomato).
  • Add extra of any topping you want!
  • Heat the sandwich in the oven at 350 for about 5 minutes OR place in the oven on broil.
  • Add avocado and tomato. Enjoy!
  • If making the sandwich for meal prep, wrap in tin foil and store in he fridge for up to 5 days. To heat: unwrap the tin foil and heat in the oven using the same heating instructions above. Add tomato and avocado after warming!
