Ingredients

  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • ½ cup egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ cup pumpkin
  • Top with whipped cream & pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients and add to a blender.
  • Blend well.
  • Grease a waffle maker using butter or cooking spray. Add batter.
  • Make waffles until you use all of the batter.
  • Let cool and enjoy!
