Protein French Toast

- 3 slices thin-sliced bread go high-protein!
- 1 egg or 3 egg whites for higher-protein option

- ¼ cup almond milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- optional but recommended toppings: maple syrup, powdered sugar
Mix 1 egg, 1 serving protein powder, milk, and cinnamon together in a small bowl. Then stir vigorously until well combined.
Dip pieces of bread into the mixture and cover completely.
Heat up a larger skillet over medium high.
Spray skillet with cooking grease.
Add bread to the skillet and cook for 2 mins on one slide. Flip and cook for another minute, then repeat this process until all the bread is cooked.
Top with syrup and powdered sugar. Enjoy!
