Ingredients

  • 3 slices thin-sliced bread go high-protein!
  • 1 egg or 3 egg whites for higher-protein option
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder I use 2 scoops of Bad Athletics protein—use code JORDO for a discount!
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • optional but recommended toppings: maple syrup, powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Mix 1 egg, 1 serving protein powder, milk, and cinnamon together in a small bowl. Then stir vigorously until well combined.
  • Dip pieces of bread into the mixture and cover completely.
  • Heat up a larger skillet over medium high.
  • Spray skillet with cooking grease.
  • Add bread to the skillet and cook for 2 mins on one slide. Flip and cook for another minute, then repeat this process until all the bread is cooked.
  • Top with syrup and powdered sugar. Enjoy!
