  • 3 bananas
  • 2 eggs room temp
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup coconut oil melted
  • 1.5 tsp baking soda
  • 1.5 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

  • Get eggs out of the fridge before starting this recipe so they can get to room temperature.

  • Peel and place the bananas in a large bowl.
  • Use a fork to mash the bananas well.
  • Add the wet ingredients (honey, vanilla, and melted coconut oil) to the large bowl with the mashed bananas.

  • Add the dry ingredients to the bowl. Mix only until everything is combined (don’t overmix!)
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Spray a 9x9 baking dish really well with cooking spray.
  • Pour the batter into the baking dish.
  • Bake for 25-30 mins (until middle is cooked through).
  • Best served right after baking! Enjoy.
