These are Berries and Cream Mini Pancake Sliders. There are four sliders on the plate. Each slider is made up of a mini pancake on the bottom, a layer of yogurt topped with raspberries and blueberries, and then a pancake on top. It is all held together with a toothpick and a berry on top.

Berries and Cream Pancake Sliders

These berries and cream pancake sliders are mini pancakes layered with greek yogurt and fresh berries. This breakfast recipe is only 3 steps, will satisfy your sweet cravings, and fuel your day!

  • 1 cup Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes Mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • cooking oil or spay


  • Mix 1 cup of Kodiak Cakes mix with 1 cup of water. Stir well.
  • Heat up skillet. Cover with cooking spray.
  • Use a scoop to make small (about 3 inch) pancakes with the pancake batter.
  • Flip the pancakes when they have bubbles on one side. Cook an additional 30 seconds - 1 minute or until they are browned.
  • Cook pancakes using the remaining batter.
  • Once the pancakes are cooled, lay out half of the pancakes on a plate.
  • Use a spoon to smear vanilla greek yogurt onto one side of the pancakes.
  • Place a combination of blueberries and raspberries on the yogurt. Repeat for all pancakes.
  • Top the yogurt and berries with another pancake to make a slider.
  • If needed, place a toothpick down the middle of the sandwich to help hold the pancakes into place. Place a berry on top of the toothpick.
  • Repeat this process until all sliders are made.
  • Enjoy!


Each serving includes two sliders, so this recipe makes eight sliders.
