– Slice zucchini & garlic. Set aside. – Heat a large skillet over medium heat. – Add turkey to a large skillet. Brown. Add the cooked meat to a separate bowl and set aside. – Place the skillet back on the heat. Add olive oil. – Add garlic to the skillet. Cook for about 2 minutes.
– Pour the riced cauliflower to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes. – Add zucchini. Cook for 10 minutes. Add seasoning and mix. – Add spinach to the skillet. Cook for about 2 minutes, until leaves are wilted. – Add meat and tomatoes. Stir well. – Remove from heat. Stir in parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes. Enjoy!
