– 1 lb ground turkey  – 1 onion  – 1 tbsp garlic  – 1 bell pepper – 1 can black beans  – 1 can kidney beans – 1 can diced tomatoes – 1 packet chili seasoning  – Toppings: greek yogurt cheese, jalapenos, avocado

– Start by chopping the vegetables.  – Heat a large skillet over medium heat. – Add the garlic, onion, and pepper to the skillet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. – Cook the vegetables for about 4 minutes. – Add the ground turkey to the skillet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Use a spatula to break up the meat. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, until brown.

– While the meat is cooking, prepare the remaining ingredients. – Start by opening and draining both cans of beans. Dump beans into the slow cooker. – Open the can of tomatoes (don’t drain) and add it to the slow cooker. – After the meat mixture is done, add the meat, vegetables, and seasoning packet  into the slow cooker. – Mix and Cook for about 4 hours. Add toppings & enjoy!
