Hiking is a walk & sometimes moderate walk on trails or in the wilderness.
Check online for hikes near you! One of my favorite resources is the AllTrails app because there's a filter I can use to find the perfect hike for me.

What to Wear
The rule of thumb is to bring 3 liters of water per day. Check if there are available water stations on your hiking route!
It’s important to bring nutrients while you’re hiking! You need to refuel from the exertion.
