Important Note: What to eat before a workout depends on how much fuel YOU need to make your body feel good.  Example: If you're going to do a really intense workout or exercise longer than an hour, it's recommended to eat something before working out. 

PRE-WORKOUT IDEAS

It's recommended to eat something that digests quickly before a workout.   Example: banana & peanut butter 

OVERNIGHT OATMEAL 

Overnight oats are great before a workout because they are quick digesting and you can make them the night before!

TOAST VARIATIONS

Toast digests quickly! Try one of these combos: * Toast with Peanut Butter * Protein French Toast  * Toast with Nut Butter & Banana

PANCAKE BITES

These pancake bites will give you enough energy to fuel your workout, but not leave you sluggish and full. 

PRE WORKOUT & WATER:  Regardless of workout time, I drink water for hydration &  pre-workout for extra energy!
