  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ apple chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon syrup
  • 1 scoop protein powder vanilla
  • optional: honey, stevia, etc.

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients.
