Equipment

  • Small blender or food processor
  • large bowl
  • spoon
  • baking sheet

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1.5 cup peanut butter
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ cup mini m&m’s
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients.
  • Place the oats into a blender or food processor and process until finely ground.
  • Place peanut butter and honey in a large bowl and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir together.
  • Add remaining ingredients to the bowl.
  • Mix very well until everything is combined. **NOTE: If the dough seems too dry (could happen depending on type of protein powder, nut butter, etc.) just add more nut butter/honey! You don't want it dry or it will get crumbly**
  • Place a piece of parchment paper onto a baking sheet.
  • Firmly press the batter onto the baking sheet and spread so that it is all one layer and covers the baking sheet.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least one hour.
  • Cut into bars and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store the bars in a sealed container in the freezer.
