Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars
Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars are peanut butter protein bars with chocolate chips and M&M's. These healthy bars are chewy, thick, and taste like chocolate & cookie dough!

- 2 cups oats
- 1.5 cup peanut butter
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
- ⅓ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ cup mini m&m’s
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Gather all ingredients.
Place the oats into a blender or food processor and process until finely ground.
Place peanut butter and honey in a large bowl and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir together.
Add remaining ingredients to the bowl.
Mix very well until everything is combined. **NOTE: If the dough seems too dry (could happen depending on type of protein powder, nut butter, etc.) just add more nut butter/honey! You don't want it dry or it will get crumbly**
Place a piece of parchment paper onto a baking sheet.
Firmly press the batter onto the baking sheet and spread so that it is all one layer and covers the baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least one hour.
Cut into bars and enjoy!
