- 2 cans cinnamon rolls
- ½ cup egg whites or eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup maple syrup
Gather ingredients for this recipe.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Use cooking spray to grease a casserole dish. Set aside.
Cut the cinnamon rolls into ¼ size pieces.
Line the cinnamon roll pieces on the bottom of the casserole dish.
In a separate bowl, combine egg whites, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon together. Whisk well.
Pour the mixture over the top of the cinnamon roll pieces in the casserole dish.
Drizzle syrup over the top of the casserole.
Bake the casserole in the oven for 25 minutes or until light brown and fully cooked through.
Take out of the oven and drizzle the icing evenly over the top.
