Ingredients

  • 2 cans cinnamon rolls
  • ½ cup egg whites
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup maple syrup

Instructions

  • Gather ingredients for this recipe.
  • Use cooking spray to grease a crock pot. Set aside.
  • Cut the cinnamon rolls into ¼ size pieces.
  • Add the cinnamon roll pieces into the crock pot.
  • In a separate bowl, combine egg whites, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon together. Whisk well.
  • Pour the mixture over the top of the cinnamon roll pieces.
  • Drizzle syrup over the top.
  • Cook the cinnamon rolls on low for 2 hours (or 2.5 if the cinnamon rolls need more time).
  • Drizzle the icing evenly over the top of the cinnamon rolls.
  • Enjoy!
