Equipment

  • Crock Pot
  • measuring cup

Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded hash browns I use the Simply Potatoes brand
  • 3 cups egg whites
  • 2.5 cups pre-cooked turkey sausage crumbles I use 1 bag of Jimmy Dean brand pre-cooked turkey sausage crumbles
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt & pepper and whatever spices you want!
  • optional: hot sauce

Instructions

  • Gather ingredients for this recipe.
  • Use cooking spray to grease the inside of the crock pot.
  • Add the egg whites, salt and pepper, hash browns, and turkey sausage to the slow cooker. Stir until mixed well.
  • Top with shredded cheese.
  • Cook on low for about 2.5 hours or until cooked through.
  • Top with hot sauce (optional).
  • Enjoy!
