- 12 oz rotisserie chicken shredded
- 1 cup pickles chopped (150 grams)
- 1 cup celery chopped (150 grams)
- ¼ cup red onion chopped (50 grams)
Sauce:
- 2 tablespoon light mayo
- 3 tablespoon greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon dill
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
Gather all ingredients and prepare as necessary. (Shred chicken; wash and chop vegetables.)
Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Mix well.
In a small bowl, add all sauce ingredients. Mix well. Taste & make any adjustments.
Pour sauce into large bowl and mix until everything is coated.
