Ingredients

  • 12 oz rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 1 cup pickles chopped (150 grams)
  • 1 cup celery chopped (150 grams)
  • ¼ cup red onion chopped (50 grams)

Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoon light mayo
  • 3 tablespoon greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients and prepare as necessary. (Shred chicken; wash and chop vegetables.)
  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Mix well.
  • In a small bowl, add all sauce ingredients. Mix well. Taste & make any adjustments.
  • Pour sauce into large bowl and mix until everything is coated.
  • Store in fridge until ready to enjoy.
