Easy Pancake Skillet

Cast Iron Skillet (mine was 9 inches)
Ingredients

cups
Kodiak Cakes mix
1.5
cup
water
¼
cup
mini chocolate chips
2
tablespoon
natural peanut butter
2
tablespoon
butter
for the cast iron skillet
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put the cast iron skillet in the oven while it is preheating.
Gather all ingredients for the recipe.
Mix 2 cups of Kodiak Cake mix with 1.5 cups of water.
Stir in ¼ tablespoon of mini chocolate chips.
Once oven is preheated, take out the cast iron skillet.
Melt 2 tablespoon of butter into the skillet. Spread it around so it covers all of the surfaces.
Pour mix into the skillet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with remaining mini chocolate chips.
Continue baking for another 7 minutes or until the top is light brown and the pancake is baked all the way through.
Take the skillet out of the oven.
Drizzle all-natural peanut butter on the pancake. Add syrup too!
Cut into pieces and enjoy!
Notes
Note: I used the Buttermilk Power Cakes mix, but you can use whatever Kodiak Cakes mix you can find! Every single flavor will turn out amazing.
