Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup feta cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup baby spinach chopped
  • ¼ cup parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • optional for serving: rice, cucumbers, pita, hummus, tzaziki

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Roll mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cook for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature of the meatballs is 160 degrees.
  • Take out of oven and let cool.
  • Serve in a bowl with rice, cucumbers, pita, hummus, and tzaziki.
