- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 egg
- ½ cup feta cheese
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup baby spinach chopped
- ¼ cup parsley chopped
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- optional for serving: rice, cucumbers, pita, hummus, tzaziki
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Roll mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature of the meatballs is 160 degrees.
Take out of oven and let cool.
Serve in a bowl with rice, cucumbers, pita, hummus, and tzaziki.
