Ingredients

  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ tablespoon honey
  • 1 small knob ginger
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1.5 cups coconut water
  • optional: vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth consistency, about 1 minute. (Add more liquid for a thinner consistency.)
  • Pour into a glass & enjoy!

Notes

Note: If blending all ingredients from frozen, you might need more liquid for a thinner consistency.
