Wet Ingredients
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 3 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoon honey
Dry Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 2 tablespoon brewers yeast
- ½ cup flaxseed meal
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Gather all ingredients.
Add the wet ingredients into a microwave-safe bowl.
Place in microwave and heat for 30 seconds.
Stir until blended and well mixed.
In a separate bowl, add all dry ingredients. Mix.
Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir until well mixed.
(Note: If the dough doesn't feel like it's sticking together well or too crumbly, add in a little more peanut butter or syrup!)
Using a cookie dough scoop or your hands, roll mixture into into balls.
Store in the fridge or freezer.
