Lactation Energy Bites

Equipment

Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 tablespoon honey

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 tablespoon brewers yeast
  • ½ cup flaxseed meal
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients.
  • Add the wet ingredients into a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Place in microwave and heat for 30 seconds.
  • Stir until blended and well mixed.
  • In a separate bowl, add all dry ingredients. Mix.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir until well mixed.
  • (Note: If the dough doesn't feel like it's sticking together well or too crumbly, add in a little more peanut butter or syrup!)
  • Using a cookie dough scoop or your hands, roll mixture into into balls.
  • Store in the fridge or freezer.
