Ingredients
For the Salad

cups
fresh broccoli florets
(1 head of broccoli, finely chopped)
1
cup
shredded carrots
½
cup
dried cranberries
⅓
cup
red onion
finely diced
½
cup
fresh cilantro
finely diced
½
cup
slivered almonds
For the Dressing
1
tablespoon
lemon juice
½
cup
plain greek yogurt
¼
cup
mayo
1
tablespoon
honey
dash
Salt
(more as needed)
Instructions
Gather all ingredients and prepare as needed.
Add broccoli, carrots, red onion, cilantro, cranberries, almonds to a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
To prepare the dressing, add the lemon juice, greek yogurt, mayo, honey, and salt together. Mix well.
Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients in the large mixing bowl.
Stir until the dressing is incorporated well.
Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
