Measuring Cups
- 1 cup bell peppers orange & yellow, diced
- ⅛ cup cup green onion chopped
- ⅛ cup cilantro chopped
- ½ cup edamame
- 2 oz brown rice pad thai noodles cooked
- 2-3 cups spinach chopped
- ½-1 cup red cabbage chopped
- ½ cup carrots shredded
- 3-4 tablespoon peanut dressing full recipe listed in post
Gather all ingredients.
Start by cooking the noodles.
Wash and chop all vegetables.
Add the dressing to the bottom of the jar. Make layers with all of the ingredients. Top with spinach and seal with the lid.
Keep in the fridge until you consume.
