S'mores Protein Bars
S'mores protein bars are delicious bars packed with chocolate chips, graham crackers, and marshmallows. These healthy protein bars are chewy, thick, and taste like a s'mores!

- 2 cups oats
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ cup mini marshmallows
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
- ¼ cup bear bites, crushed or graham crackers
Gather all ingredients.
Place the oats into a blender or food processor and process until finely ground.
Place peanut butter and honey in a large bowl and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir together.
Add oats, vanilla, and protein powder to the bowl and mix well. (If the dough looks/feels dry, add more honey or peanut butter!)
Mix in the chocolate chips, graham crackers, and marshmallows.
Place a piece of parchment paper onto a baking sheet.
Firmly press the batter onto the baking sheet and spread so that it is all one layer and covers the baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least one hour.
Cut into bars and enjoy!
