lb
ahi tuna steaks
FOR SAUCE (TUNA):

soy sauce

rice vinegar

teaspoon
sesame seeds
½
teaspoon
sesame oil

red pepper flakes
omit if don't like spicy
FOR BOWL:

cup
rice
½
avocado

tablespoon
green onions

teaspoon
sesame seeds

cup
edamame
¼
cup
shredded carrots
FOR SAUCE (BOWL):

teaspoon
mayo
2
teaspoon
sriracha
water
for consistency
Optional: cucumbers
mixed greens, seaweed
Instructions
Heat up a pan on high heat. Grease with cooking spray.
Sear ahi tuna on the pan, cooking for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Mix together the ingredients to make the sauce.
Cut the tuna into small cubes and add to the sauce bowl. Coat completely.
Add rice to a separate bowl. Top the rice with edamame, sauced ahi tuna, carrots, green onions, sesame seeds, and any additional toppings you want.
In a small separate bowl, mix together sriracha and mayo. Add a little bit of water to make the sauce runny and drizzle over the top of the bowl.
