I used one Joseph’s brand pita. You could also use naan or a flatbread.
Use flank steak instead of chicken.
Use roasted red pepper hummus instead of goat cheese. OR add it with goat cheese (so good).
To make GF: Use gluten-free pita, naan, or flatbread.
To make DF: Use hummus instead of goat cheese.
To meal prep: Prepare all of the cooked ingredients (zucchini & chicken) so that all ingredients are ready to quickly assemble in less than 5 minutes, when needed.
