30-Minute Teriyaki Bowls
You could order takeout... or take my advice and have a fresh teriyaki bowl right in your kitchen in just about 30 minutes.

- 1.5 lbs raw ground turkey 93% lean
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce (272 grams)
- 12 oz broccoli slaw (340 grams)
- 12 oz frozen riced cauliflower (340 grams)
- 3 cloves garlic minced (15 grams)
- ½ cup red pickled onions (3 oz)
- Optional: green onions, sesame seeds
Heat skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground turkey. Brown all sides before breaking up and cooking fully, about 10 minutes.
Add garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
Add in riced cauliflower. Cook for about 4 mins, stirring occasionally.
Add in broccoli slaw. Cook for about 4 mins, stirring occasionally.
Cut heat to low. Add in teriyaki sauce and simmer for 4 mins.
Top with pickled onions, green onions, and sesame seeds.
