Ingredients

  • 1 lb lightly breaded chicken breast chunks (can also use grilled, shredded, rotisserie chicken)
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce I use Franks
  • 4 tablespoon ranch I use Bolthouse Farms
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • 4 tablespoon bleu cheese crumbles
  • 4 low-carb tortillas

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add grilled chicken and buffalo sauce. Mix until the chicken is fully coated in sauce.
  • Lay out each tortilla. Add the chicken, lettuce, cheese crumbles, and ranch dressing. Roll and enjoy!
  • Serve the wrap cold or warm.
