- 1 lb lightly breaded chicken breast chunks (can also use grilled, shredded, rotisserie chicken)
- ½ cup buffalo sauce I use Franks
- 4 tablespoon ranch I use Bolthouse Farms
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- 4 tablespoon bleu cheese crumbles
- 4 low-carb tortillas
In a bowl, add grilled chicken and buffalo sauce. Mix until the chicken is fully coated in sauce.
Lay out each tortilla. Add the chicken, lettuce, cheese crumbles, and ranch dressing. Roll and enjoy!
Serve the wrap cold or warm.
