Waffle Batter:
- ½ cup oats
- ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
- ½ cup egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ apple chopped into small pieces
Optional Waffle Toppings:
- whipped cream, apples, cinnamon, butter, syrup
Gather all waffle batter ingredients (except apple) and add to a blender.
Blend well.
Stir in apple pieces.
Grease a waffle maker using butter or cooking spray. Add batter.
Make waffles until you use all of the batter.
I highly recommending adding extra toppings like more apples, whipped cream, syrup, etc. Enjoy!
