Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Add in slices of bacon.
Cook until bacon is cooked to preferred doneness. Move pieces of bacon to plate with a paper towel. Once bacon is cool enough, chop into small pieces.
Cut heat of skillet to low. Drain most of the excess grease.
In a separate bowl whisk together eggs, egg whites and seasonings.
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Stir frequently and cook until eggs are cooked through scrambled.
Add the cooked pieces to the egg mixture.
Sprinkle the scramble mixture with cheese and let sit for about a minute, until melted. Turn off heat and let cool.
Lay out 8 tortillas.
Separate the scramble evenly into the tortillas.
Roll into sealed burritos.
Wrap in foil and store in a sealed bag in the fridge.
