Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta dry (I use Banza)
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 4 pieces thick-cut bacon cooked & chopped
  • ½ cup pickles chopped
  • 15 oz can tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded

Sauce Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Start by preparing pasta according to box instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add garlic, onion, and meat to skillet. Cook until meat is brown.
  • Add tomatoes (drained), pickles, cooked pasta, and sauce to the skillet.
  • Mix well.
  • Cut heat to low.
  • Top with both cheeses.
  • Add lid and let cheese melt, about 5 minutes.
  • Top with cooked bacon pieces and green onion.
  • Enjoy!
