- 8 oz pasta dry (I use Banza)
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 4 pieces thick-cut bacon cooked & chopped
- ½ cup pickles chopped
- 15 oz can tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 tablespoon Garlic
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
Start by preparing pasta according to box instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic, onion, and meat to skillet. Cook until meat is brown.
Add tomatoes (drained), pickles, cooked pasta, and sauce to the skillet.
Mix well.
Cut heat to low.
Top with both cheeses.
Add lid and let cheese melt, about 5 minutes.
Top with cooked bacon pieces and green onion.
