Bang Bang Turkey Rice Bowls
These quick and easy bang bang turkey rice bowls are going to be your new meal prep obsession. The bowls have a base of rice topped with seasoned ground turkey and are topped with fresh veggies and a creamy, sweet and spicy sauce. Modify this recipe however you like, and I promise this will be a weeknight dinner the whole family will enjoy!

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cups cooked jasmine rice
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 bell peppers chopped
- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions sliced
- extra toppings: avocado, edamame
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, and lime juice to make the bang bang sauce. Set it aside.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
Add the ground turkey to the skillet, cooking until browned. Then add the soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
Add the chopped red bell pepper and broccoli to the skillet, cooking for another 5-7 minutes.
Remove from heat and mix in half of the bang bang sauce. Mix.
Serve over rice, drizzle with extra bang bang sauce, and top with green onions!
