- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cups cooked jasmine rice
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 bell peppers chopped
- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions sliced
- extra toppings: avocado, edamame, sesame seeds, snap peas, radishes, cucumber, or your favorite fresh veggies

This is an easy, quick recipe that can be made in one skillet. It takes no longer than 20 minutes to make this recipe which makes it perfect for busy weeknights or meal prep.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, and lime juice to make the bang bang sauce. Set it aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
- Add the ground turkey to the skillet, cooking until browned. Then add the soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Add the chopped red bell pepper and broccoli to the skillet, cooking for another 5-7 minutes.
