Equipment

  • 1 muffin tin
  • 1 Large Skillet

Ingredients

  • 6 flaky biscuits
  • 1 lb 93% lean ground beef
  • ½ onion diced
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt & pepper
  • Topping: pickles sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Spray a muffin tin with cooking grease.
  • Split biscuits in half. Press half a biscuit into each muffin space. Set muffin tin aside.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Once the skillet is hot, add the ground beef and diced onion. Cook until meat is brown, about 8 minutes.
  • Drain the skillet of excess grease.
  • Season meat with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer meat into a mixing bowl for the next step (or leave in skillet, depending on how many dishes you want to do).
  • Add in ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until evenly coated.
  • Scoop the meat mixture so it's evenly distributed into the cups.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
  • Top with a pickle and sesame seeds.
  • Enjoy!
