Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray a muffin tin with cooking grease.
Split biscuits in half. Press half a biscuit into each muffin space. Set muffin tin aside.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Once the skillet is hot, add the ground beef and diced onion. Cook until meat is brown, about 8 minutes.
Drain the skillet of excess grease.
Season meat with salt and pepper.
Transfer meat into a mixing bowl for the next step (or leave in skillet, depending on how many dishes you want to do).
Add in ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until evenly coated.
Scoop the meat mixture so it's evenly distributed into the cups.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
Top with a pickle and sesame seeds.
