Cheeseburger biscuit cups
The cheeseburger is an American favorite. Its origins go back to the 1920s and it became incredibly popular with the implementation of fast food across America. There are endless toppings and variations of the classic cheeseburger, but this cheeseburger biscuit cup recipe stands true with the most original toppings - ketchup, mustard, and pickles.
What makes this cheeseburger biscuit cup recipe unique is the petite size of each cheeseburger. Imagine all the flavor and cheeseburger toppings you love condensed to the size of a muffin! Adorable, totally perfect for meal prep, and a guaranteed hit for the whole family.

Cheeseburger Cups Substitution Ideas
- Cheese: As is common with a traditional cheeseburger, you can choose any cheese that you like to adorn the top of your cups. You can make this recipe dairy-free by using dairy-free cheese.
- Meat: If you aren't a fan of ground hamburger, you could use ground turkey or ground chicken.
- Toppings: I use ketchup, mustard, pickles, Worcestershire sauce, and sesame seeds. You could add mayo to the mixture or add whatever toppings you like on your cheeseburgers. Some ideas are avocado, bacon, or sliced, sauteed mushrooms.

How to store cheeseburger cups
These cheeseburger biscuit cups are fantastic for meal prep. They keep well, are evenly portioned, and store easily. They are so delicious, you'll want to keep them to enjoy for several days!
You can store them in a sealed, airtight container in the fridge. Enjoy for up to 5 days.
How to reheat cheeseburger cups
I know I'm always happiest with a recipe that still tastes great after being reheated. Again, these cheeseburger cups are a great option for meal prep since they reheat so quickly and easily.
Simply pop them in the microwave for 1 minute. If you have an air fryer, that would be a great way to warm these up as well.

Could you substitute low carb tortillas for the biscuits?
Jordan Smith says
Hi Katie, I haven't tried with tortillas! I imagine the tortillas might get a little burnt or crispy cooking for so long. You could try it though! You might just need to cook less time. Another idea would be to use crescent rolls. They aren't as low carb as tortillas but they aren't as high carb as biscuits. Let me know how it turns out!

Another yummy and easy recipe! My entire family liked them. Will be repeating this meal again soon.
