- 6 servings tater tot rounds
- 1 lb 93% lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- ½ medium onion chopped
- 15 oz diced tomatoes
- ½ cup pickles chopped
- ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with cooking grease and set aside.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Spray with cooking spray. Add onion, garlic, and ground beef.
Cook until beef is brown and cooked through. Drain excess grease. Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Turn off heat.
Stir in diced tomatoes.
In a small bowl, add ketchup, mustard, worcestershire sauce, and pickles. Mix well.
Add the sauce mixture into the skillet. Mix well into mixture is evenly coated.
Pour the mixture to the greased casserole dish.
Evenly distribute the tater tots across the top of the casserole.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Bake at 375 for 30 mins.
