Mixing Bowl
For the Cake
- ¼ cup butter melted
- ½ cup greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1.5 cup Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes Mix
For the Crumb Topping
- 2 tablespoons butter cold
- ¼ cup Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk Power Cakes
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
For the Icing
- ½ cup powdered sugar sifted
- 2 tablespoons milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Gather all ingredients.
Add the dry cake ingredients to a bowl. Mix well.
Add the wet cake ingredients to a bowl. Stir well.
Add the wet ingredients to the bowl of dry ingredients and stir to combine (don’t over stir!)
Grease the muffin tin.
Pour the cake batter evenly among all spaces.
Make the crumb topping. Sprinkle over all the muffins.
Bake at 350 for 20 mins.
Making the icing while muffins are baking. Add the icing ingredients to a small bowl and stir well.
Take the muffins out of the oven and let them cool for about 10 minutes.
Drizzle with icing.
